My grandmother was the victim of a riding mower theft and DTS towed her lawnmower after the police recovered it (still on the trailer and truck that stole it). They are charging $200 plus storage fees for her to get her STOLEN lawnmower back AFTER BEING THE VICTIM OF A CRIME!
