I was a tech here for 17 plus years. I left this dealership due to treating employees and customers poorly. The review above mine is a scam as well. "Darcy" made this post on 10-9-13 claiming how awesome this place is. Now on the 8th of October "dancingdarcy" posted on find the best web site slamming honda of alcoa and mountain adventures and buying a unit from this dealer...hmmm 1 day later posting to this sit claiming ti hv had a recall performed and an oil change. ALSO darcy posted on google reviews 5 months ago claiming AGT hung the moon then too. 
Bottom line is that this place is a scam and nothing but lies to employees and customers. Just like all the bogus reviews they hv posted.

Thank you for the recent easy service visit. They not only performed the Canam recall, had the parts in stock and changed the oil but we called ahead and scheduled an appointment so I knew just when it would be complete. They have always been a pleasure to deal with and we recommend them over all the other dealerships locally. The technicians they have presently are top notch.
