I have been a customer of this King Tire location for many years and h... read more I have been a customer of this King Tire location for many years and have always gotten great service at a decent price. The last time I went, however, I felt like I was being a little deceived. Maybe not actually deceived, but I could not get a direct answer to a question. I always use regular oil and that is what I requested on this trip, but when it came time to pay, the price was quite a bit higher than usual. I asked if prices had gone up and instead of answering my question, the person I was dealing with just went into a spiel about why blended oil is better for the car engine compared to regular oil. He never answered my question. Then when I got in the car, I saw on the little reminder sticker that they had used the blend, which is more expensive. I would not have objected if it was an honest mistake, but by avoiding my question, it made me suspicious. I will still patronize this business but I'd rather not deal with that particular individual again.
