Absolutely no customer service here! Promised to have work done while our camper sat at their location for 3 weeks! We were told "more pressing issues came up".
Would not tell us what they found out about the issue with our bedroom slide. I really don't think they even looked at it. No communication. Won't return phone calls either.
Buyer beware! They will take your money, but not fix any problems.
