There is absolutely no way I would have held onto my car this long and kept it in such good shape without Barnhill Automotive. Tommy and Ryan are extremely knowledgable and very experienced with all the Honda models, and they're ethical people whom I completely trust. They respect my limited budget and always advise me to plan for my repair/maintenance wisely. I know my money is better spent with Barnhill Automotive than it is with the Honda dealers.
My Daughter bought a Kia Rio from Stivers here in Columbia. And so far... read more My Daughter bought a Kia Rio from Stivers here in Columbia. And so far we have spent over $2000 on repairs and the dealership just left her hanging! I, for one will never refer them to anyone. You just can't get good service anymore. The ignition system is constantly messing up and there are no good mechanics in Florence that won't rob you blind. And the KIA Dealership there says they are booked up for 2 to 3 weeks. That's ridiculous. I have also heard other horror stories about that Stealership, and wanted to pass this info along. They don't stand behind what they sell. And they sell cars that are not going to last. And at almost new car prices.

Service, staff, price, expertise, honesty and ability to know what the problem is and how to fix the problem. My first dealings with this establishment began in 2011. Since that time I have received repeated quality service and will not let anyone else touch my Honda. Every repair is always a learning experience because Mr. Barnhill painstakingly educate his customers and never leave them thinking they have been had. Ive always left his shop confident in the work that was done and trusting I had received the quality service his company is known for throughout Columbia, North Carolina, Georgia and other states.
