The work was completed quicker than expected, and I really liked that they didn't push for non-urgent repairs! I've found a new shop.

We have been going to Anderson HALT for at least 6 years. Several week... read more We have been going to Anderson HALT for at least 6 years. Several weeks ago we had an 11am appointment. On our arrival we were told our car wouldn’t be ready until 2/2:30pm. Why did we make an appointment? We come from Seneca, this should have been explained when we made the appointment. Very disappointed! We left because we couldn’t hang around for that length of time.
