This is by far the worst place ever!!!! Never buy a car from this place. Like the comments before me Good Guys did me the same way. Less than a week after buying the car the piece of crap starting falling apart. The people there lie and are very nasty. I hate I did business with them and they took my hard earned money. This place is a scam and all there cars are salvaged and raggedy.

I bought a suv from them. Drove it home noticed a bad shake in the front end. Felt like you were driving on a wash board going down the road. Took it back next day! They told us it need upper and lower ball joints. Wanted us to pay 800.00 for the work .. didn't even have it twenty four hours! Anyways, they finally decided they'd make it right or so we thought! I take it to get the oil changed somewhere else and find out my lower ball joints still need replaced. That the one side doesn't even have a grease fitting and is not even the same as the other side. Which were both supposed to been replaced along with the upper bj and control arms. Which according to the place who did the oil change wasn't the case because these things don't go bad in 12 to 1400 miles! Takes a lot more time than from march/april to aug/sept for such parts to have the ware that mine have. Then there's the idiol it wont regulate it keeps dropping almost causing my truck to stall when stopped for any reason which they said there was nothing they could do because it wasn't covered under our extended warranty either! After letting them know of the lower bj not being fixed we were told by the salesperson she'd talk to the mechanic and get back to us. Which btw hasn't happened and that's been a month or so ago i think...i was told later that these people had been sued once already and the people won. They do not check the vehicles they are selling and sure don't take customer safety into account... my front tire could fall off and they better hope my kids aren't in this car when that happens bec i can't pay to redo the work they already had done and make my monthly payments as well... do not buy from them!!! Or take it straight to a REAL machanic first but don't be suckered good guys is just another name for rip off!!!! Lousey repair work and no inspection is done on their used vehicles!!! Bought a car from them, drove it 45 mins and it cut off; couldn't drive it more than 30 mins without it cutting off. Cost $400 to fix. 3 weeks after having it; the key got stuck in the ignition, car has been undrivable for over a week $753 to fix. They also disconnected the windshield wipers from the motor before selling it.  As the other person said, I think they just cleared codes and sold it.  They have no sense of customer service! NEVER again will I buy from there and you shouldn't either!!!

Had bought a vehicle from Good Guys. Worst experince I had, a week later I found myself bring this vehicle back, to find out that they only have 1 service man. My car was cutting off in the middle of the road. Called them to let them know and it took them 2 weeks before they can do any thing. I only had my car for 3 month and was having more problems. I brought my car there to let them fix it but everytime they said it was fixed.(Really wasn't)Seem to as if they were only taking my code off and giving it back to me. In this vehicle I had a life threating experience and almost cost me my life and I had my kids in the car and it cut off again. I almost got in by a 18 wheeler truck. At this point I was done. They kept telling me different things and charging me for it. Good Guy need to live up to there name..But I can give them a new name..."Bad Guys automotive" Should be there names.. I had only had my car for 4 months had to tell them to come pick there "LEMON" up..Long story short I would never buy a vehicle form them at all. I had to go to a different dealership to be taken care of and now I'm in a safe vehicle and happier than ever..Thanks East Charlotte Nissan!!
