On 28 Dec 2015, my son truck's brakes were completely gone, which required a tow and complete rebuild. I'm in Virginia and I spoke to the gentlemen at the Mount Pleasant location. It's after the holidays and money was tight. Hay tire understood our situation. Not only did they keep it under budget, but I was able to get the oil changed as well. They even took the time to mail me the receipt to me in Virginia. Hay Tire Pros are true professionals and you can trust them to do the work required without adding anything extra. Rude owner that doesn’t keep his word, find anyone else but this business for a repair service. Would definitely give 0 stars if the option was there. Tried to do a repair, left and never came back. Multiple times he promised to come and never showed up. Horrible business practices

I called around to many different road service companies but they all wanted to tow it in and I had to sit thru the weekend! I called FLEET SPECIALTIES and they were very ready to take on the task of doing it roadside! they showed up with a state of the art service truck that had every tool and part on it you could ever need! the mechanic was very positive and assured me to relax and give him a couple hours to do the repair! within hours of putting out the fire on my trailer I was back on the road!
