You will be stuck for days possibly weeks and they don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to repairing automobiles you will be abandoned and broke when they get done with you.Just look at their facilities they have more than one under different names they all look the same abandoned cars all apart scattered tru out the properties and they don’t buy new parts they use only used parts and have no clue on repairing automobiles they are just parts changers.And their is no hourly repair rates posted in any of their locations and they don’t believe in giving a customer a estimate on repairs before the work is authorized.Contacting South Carolina Motor Vehicle department filing a complaint.

They make me feel like I'm just talking to a neighbor, at home and that I can trust them. Highly recommend carnes towing i went to numerous big companies hill t... read more Highly recommend carnes towing i went to numerous big companies hill tire firestone etc trying to find out why i was loosing control of my steering wheel i got several reasons alignment bad motor mounts etc estimates from $200 to $2500 nobody could get it right until i brought into carnes towing they actually took time to get in drive it thoroughly inspect it and found the ball joint was just hanging fixing to go any second i was highly irritated that the big companies didnt ketch it and risked not only me but my children in an accident for something they most definitely should have seen! Not only did Carnes find the issue but fixed it at not even a fraction of the cost and very fast an hour in a half my car drove like new again i went through a year of getting the run around until i found this business i highly recommend them and cant say thanks enough!
