Once, I arrived to the store with the coupon in hand and asked the associate if the coupon was valid for my service just to be sure of the cost prior to the service and was told yes. Once my car was done they told me my amount due was $150 for the oil change. I waited in store and no one told me the price change of the service. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I have been here for many years and have noticed a decline in service ... read more I have been here for many years and have noticed a decline in service and trust .I have had many repairs done over the years but the last year has been rough. The front steering damper was not installed correctly I brought it to your attention because I do have knowledge of vehicles especially my own . The gas leak...7 times I brought it back to repair it , almost 2,000.00 worth of work.3 times before you put in the right fuel pump,after the 3rd attempt they got that part right , still leaking gas .I was told a new gas tank. Nope .To many times I had to almost argue with you about this problem, I was told absolute lies about the jobs ,I had to go elswhere to get these repairs done.The steering damper was not installed properly the nut was about to fall off ,cross threaded on 2 threads like i told you . It wasn't torked to any specs . Bolt was broke but you told me it was 'fine',nope . Bolt was so short it didn't come through the nut !
