Once, I arrived to the store with the coupon in hand and asked the associate if the coupon was valid for my service just to be sure of the cost prior to the service and was told yes. Once my car was done they told me my amount due was $150 for the oil change. I waited in store and no one told me the price change of the service. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Johnathan is AMAZING!! I will only let him work on my 1987 325i BMW. He's smart and knows his stuff when it comes to cars. He was on time and got the job done!!!!

He identified the problem quickly and had a quote for me in less than an hour. the quote included pricing options for OEM and aftermarket. We arranged a time and he performed his services on my vehicle right here at work and was done before noon. I used to be a mechanic and I can tell you first hand that he is efficient, negotiable, and diligent. He was very thorough and prompt with me. He texted me when he was done, I paid him and he was on his way. It cost me half the money of what a shop would charge and he did it here at my job.....cant beat that. I highly recommend this guy to anyone, he knows his stuff.
