I received a coupon in the mail for a $45 oil change. I booked an appo... read more I received a coupon in the mail for a $45 oil change. I booked an appointment for this service. Once, I arrived to the store with the coupon in hand and asked the associate if the coupon was valid for my service just to be sure of the cost prior to the service and was told yes. Once my car was done they told me my amount due was $150 for the oil change. I waited in store and no one told me the price change of the service. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

My wife called and told them the problem we were having with my Nissan... read more My wife called and told them the problem we were having with my Nissan pick up. They said bring it in we will check it out and let you know how much it will cost to fix. They checked it out and said it would cost 200 to 300 to fix the problem. We said go ahead and do it. They called back and said well it might be 375 or more to fix. We said no we can't afford that. They said it will be $39.95 to put it back together. They never said there would be a charge to look at it. They have worked on my van in the past that's why we called. We will not do any business with them again. Very shady.
