I called Bob Andrews motor's and asked for a quote to replace the engine mountings on my Honda Civic.
The guy who answered the phone was rude and belligerant. First off he REFUSED to give me a quote and started arguing "How do I know, that my engine mountains need replacing".
He said I needed to bring the car in and leave it there so they could open it up and look-see and THEN give me a Quote.

I took my car elsewhere.
