While i was driving home, I heard a clunking noise. When i got home, I checked the ball joints on my hub. Two out out of the four were loose and about to fall off. I could twist the whole hub assembly with my hands.. While i was tightening all four of the ball joints with my impact wrench, i noticed a decent sized dent in my car's body above the wheel. I went back to the mechanic to show him the dent. He wouldn't claim responsibility and handed me a business card to an auto body shop. He did the job for cheap.. But if you care about your vehicle, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS SHOP.

My best friend is a mechanic, but him and I are up in VT, but knew exactly what the job should cost. Well Arthur actually charged my mother less than what we expected by about $50-$100 and didn't make anything on the parts. The guy is an old-fashioned, hardworking guy with morals, who takes care of you like you were his family. Everyone I know who needs car work in RI I will be sending his way! Thanks again Arthur.
