I had to have my car towed to Boch South because at some previous se... read more I had to have my car towed to Boch South because at some previous service, they managed to switch my anti-theft lug nut adapter with a different one that did not fit, so my flat tire could not be removed. I told them to take the remaining set of those special lug nuts off my car and put regular nuts on, and to leave the old stuff in my car. I left my wheel and wrecked tire with them to replace and install a new tire on the wheel, and picked it up when it was ready a day or so later. They told me there would be an extra charge to put my wheel back on, even though it stated right on my paid invoice that they were going to do that. I was not going to give them another cent, so I had them leave it in the back of my car. Then I took my old war veteran body that has been through 4 operations in the last 4 years to a parking lot up the street and changed it myself. I noticed they did not leave my old anti-theft lug nuts in my car, nor that adapter that had caused all my trouble. That will cost me about fifty dollars to replace. They did email me requesting more information, which I mailed to them, but have not heard a word back. How's that for service?

They said now bring in before 6 3.) I arrived 30 minutes later. Was told I'll be with u in a minute. I waited 12 minutes for service.while nelson counted his cash draw. 4.) then was waited on in a rude n disrespectful manner by rob who visibly came charging out if back area..i said I was waiting for nelson. He said he was to busy to deal with me. Take me to ur car. I need to inspect in. I said hello, n don't u need my tire size or need to look up info I gave. He said no, take me to ur car. I said ur dealing with me rather rudely. He said well I'm trying to get to ur car.. Do u want me to look at it or not? I said I wanted two tires for the back. He looked at it n continued to speak down, disrespectful n wAs not interested customer service or what I wanted . Only in what he was going.. To do!He spoke like punk, n when he did come in to store. his DEMEANOR changed slightly better because others in his company was standing there.I told him he was rude since I got there. He had he was sorry, but was short staffed, n was closing soon. Their were five men in service clothes at the register area. Not one was consider or interested in anything I had to ask or say or what was going on. Nelson wS at least respectful on the phone. They gave me back my money after they couldn't change my tire.. Because they said the rim was broken . It isn't even a rim it's a wheel. And they lied. When I looked at the service slip.. They were not going to do a front end alignment after they quoted n said they were in phone. I even asked about it n they said yes see it's right here. It was only a computer print out of what I needed done for an alignment. Poor poor customer service and I will never return. N if u want to be treated with respect as a customer, and want a company that provides a service that requires your questions n input..about a service you want not what they are telling you.... N wants to assist you.. In your tire service needs.. DO NOT GO TO TOWN FAIR TIRE IN PAWTUCKET!
