Gary sold me 4 bad tires after I asked about the state of the tires and expressing that I drive 80+ miles daily so they need to be GOOD (and I have kids!). I waited for over an hour just to get them changed. One week later I go to another auto shop for an oil change and I'm told "you're gonna fail inspection 2-3 threads on each tire will fail inspection." I spent $180 on crap bull tires and waited over an hour just for them to install.......I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN! NOR DO I OR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE I KNOW. If you want to be lied to and pay for poor quality GO THERE! They don't even deserve the one star ...

They took my deposit for an automobile and then continued to try and s... read more They took my deposit for an automobile and then continued to try and sell it while holding the deposit, obviously under false pretenses, a clear violation of MGL Chap. 93 (A) Then they refuse to give my deposit back saying I forfeited it even though they still offered it for sale while holding the deposit. Definitely a violation of consumer protection laws in Massachusetts.
