Gary sold me 4 bad tires after I asked about the state of the tires and expressing that I drive 80+ miles daily so they need to be GOOD (and I have kids!). I waited for over an hour just to get them changed. One week later I go to another auto shop for an oil change and I'm told "you're gonna fail inspection 2-3 threads on each tire will fail inspection." I spent $180 on crap bull tires and waited over an hour just for them to install.......I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN! NOR DO I OR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE I KNOW. If you want to be lied to and pay for poor quality GO THERE! They don't even deserve the one star ...

Mike was amazing and had me out the door in 90 minutes with my car running better than ever! Mike got on the phone and made sure all the parts would still be under warranty in NY just in case, and although it had nothing to do with the repair, he made sure the super friendly care dudes topped off the fluids, checked the tires, and got everything set so we would be safe the rest of the way home. The pricing was very competitive and he went over everything before the work was done. While I was waiting I saw Mike handle a number of people who he knew and remembered, and they had obviously been doing work with Mike for a while. If I was in Rhode Island I would certainly be a repeat customer just like them. Thank you so much guys!
My transmission kept running slow in low gear...air bag light was on a... read more My transmission kept running slow in low gear...air bag light was on and it was determined that it was the clock spring in the steering column. Mr Warzycha was professional and friendly. He gave me the finished estimate with no hidden costs. He also showed me the defective parts. I will continue to use him as my mechanic.
