The clerk did not wear a mask nor keep 6 ft distance. When I asked him to put on a mask, he said that the virus is BS. When I explained I take care of elderly parents, he said the virus is a joke. When I complained to the manager who also did not put on a mask, I got lip service and no apology. Do not use this company unless you do not believe in science.

I have used Jim's Service station for many years. Work was done in a timely manner and cost was very good. Taking my car back to Jim's because it needs additional repairs. I have a different opinion than Nicole's- above review. If you have a car dropped off somewhere and leaving it- You ensure the vehicle is out of the way and not blocking anything. Jim's is open late at night and keys can be dropped off to attendants. Jim's Service told me back in November that I would need a replacement part but it could wait till January. I will now take my vehicle to Jim's Service Station vs others that are closer to my home.

We have been bringing our cars to him for the last 14 years for service . My son was in an accident on sunday night and we had the car towed there because the front end was ripped off. While the front end was ripped off it broke off the cap where you fill the anti-freeze for the radiator. We took it there because we did not know anywhere else to take it at 11:30pm on a sunday night my husband called them monday morning to explain what happen. they said ok bring the key over he was unable to get there in time monday so he called tuesday and they said it was in the way and thats all they said as my husband was ready to go over to drop the key off they told him to come get it and take it off there lot he does not do body work we explained in needs motor work as well and again he responded i don't do body work come get it off my lot now its in the way no other explanation. mind you we just took a car to them in december for a oil change and mounts to be fixed and two weeks after that we the radiator light came on and we checked the oil and there was no oil in the car and there was no leak either. they have now lost my business for good
