The manager was there and when she asked for help his comment was not to use the car wash if she doesn’t know how to work it. After he realized it was really broken, there was no apology. My wife told him due to his rudeness she would never come back. Again his ignorance was to say so what. I would encourage everyone to boycott this ignoramous and go somewhere else.

I pulled ahead and stopped when the light turned red and told me to stop. It started rinsing the outside of my car and then the suds started appearing. The lights at the front said the rinse was about to start but it never did. The car wash must have ran out of water because the suds never left my vehicle. The light told me that I was DONE and to pull ahead. The only thing is was that all the soap was still on my car. I had to drive home with soap on my car and then once I got home, I had to rinse my car off and then hand dry it.

I had a full wash schedule but due to rain coming I had them do the inside. They did a so so job and still hit for 35 dollars for 15 minutes of work. next time I'll keep my money and do a better job myself. Stay away
