We've been going to Carlo's for about three years now, and have nothin... read more We've been going to Carlo's for about three years now, and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this establishment. We've dealt with mechanics in several states across the U.S. and overseas, and Carlo's is the most comfortable place we've every dealt with. They are excellent about contacting us with an estimate - and options about repair work (what needs to be done immediately, what we could reasonably do ourselves, etc.) - before making any repairs.
Do not and I mean do not buy a car from this company. The operators of... read more Do not and I mean do not buy a car from this company. The operators of this company are slimy and rip off. I brought a car from them, the day I drove it off the lot the car overheated. Later on during my purchase month the check engine light came on, the car needed shocks, gas pump, and transmission. I am sure that all used cars do not guarntee years of car operation but I believe that it is up to Highway Garage employees to make their customers happy. And they did not do such. I had to rate this company one Star but I rather not give them none at all
