The tech listed what was needed for the inspection and made suggestions for repairs. Even though the cost would be high, I decided to add his suggestions. I'll be back to see them for my wife's car

They just try to rob people I went to get my car inspected everything was fine but failed the inspection because my front tires they think was getting bad and headlights bulbs wernt in right position. Fine I got it fixed got new tires and went back and then front break pads are bad this is rediculous I left my job to get these things done and after waiting for two hours and then had to contact them my self that what's taking so long then gotta find out pads are bad like wow..... Which I don't even believe it was my cars pads. pep boys in monroeville is just trying to rob as many customers as they can to make money. I don't think I'll be ever coming back to this place and neither I will recommend anyone because of there customers service and there work.
