I find the first person who commented on this site to be quite a stran... read more I find the first person who commented on this site to be quite a strange analysis considering I have looked at many of the sites to inquire whether or not to take my car to this establishment. NO other person who did a customer satisfaction rating said anything but great things about this company. To call them crooks is a ridiculous and unmerited statement, to say the least. They have been so kind and honest with every repair that I have had there. Just ask the customers in the waiting room. They treat everyone like family. If you had so much confidence in your BMW mechanic than why did you not take it there? For anyone who wants an honest garage with HONEST mechanics skip over the first comment and read all of the others, then decide for yourself who you would agree with. I say all of the five stars out rate the one star. Give them a try.

He did excellent service and high quality job on car painting. I feel the former owner did not do good job but the new owner did excellent job. My car was repaired 11 years ago. The paint starts peeling off. The paint is life time warranty. The owner was changed meanwhile, so I was not expecting to get the job done. New owner, Wade, is so kind to take the paint job and did finish beautifully. He did not charge any, even it is not his responsibility. I really appreciate for his kindness. Also he gave me a ride when I dropped my car off, and delivered my car to the place I needed. It was wonderful service and I am very happy with what the new owner did for me. Thank you so much, Wade! What I appreciated most was that they did not try to upsell me on extra unnecessary parts. I had been going to Jiffy Lube which is similar price but they ALWAYS get you before you leave saying your brakes need changing when they are fine or last time they tried to get me for $250 saying I need a new cabin filter which is crap?! R&M is a small shop, but they get what you need done and honest about it.
