Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change

I have gone to this Penzoil location several times and have always been treated courteously.  However, I was VERY disappointed by this last visit.  The man behind the counter was talking inappropriately.  On top of it, when another service rep was cashing me out, he was snickering at me.  As other customers were pulling up for service, they were complaining about the work.  I understand they work hard and had a long day, but really?  They represented themselves so poorly that I will not be returning to this location.

The group of in-bred idiots didn't even get me into the store.  I was made fun of as though these boys had been holding in the angst all their trailer park lives against Natives.  Believe me, I know that these fools don't deserve to keep any of their jobs.
