The folks at Hanover Lube and Brake have always been great no matter w... read more The folks at Hanover Lube and Brake have always been great no matter what the problem was with my car or my family member's cars...The girls at the desk (usually Tammy and Connie) are welcoming and very helpful in arranging times to bring my car(s) in for service...They are also very knowledgeable about car repairs in general...Dean has always been very kind and generous (not just with me and my family) with anyone who comes into the shop...I highly recommend Hanover Lube and Brake for all of your car care needs !
It was late afternoon and it was raining outside, had an important app... read more It was late afternoon and it was raining outside, had an important app't to get to. Live just a few blocks away and discovered my tire was almost flat. I popped my head in the door of the service station and asked them if they could put some air in my tire. This very sarcastic young man said, we are really busy, I am going to have to say no! not a good impression when I was considering taking my car there for servicing and it would have been within walking distance. You may have been busy, but how long does it take to put air in someone's tire. Luckily I made it to a place down the street and they were more than happy to help me. Learn some manners young man! It could be you some day, needing some air in your tire.
