In the beginning everything was what ever they can do to give you the best service at reasonable price and slowly it went out the door with everything they advertised to be . Now watch out ! check everything they say needs to be replaced for State Inspection, How long it takes to complete a repair, Have old parts returned ( if they are the real ones?) Mark part if you know its the one to be replaced. If possible camp out there when your vehicle is in foe service "Just Kidding". Yes like other places in these times they are out to get you. In closing I have proof on all of this and will be bringing all I've been compiling over the past almost two years, and confront them & (Owner) very soon. The list is long From not doing what was on the bill to be done to flat out replacing parts that are not worn out. Set up to bring you back " like not greasing, that is show some on out side of fitting but not putting any in actual part. That It for now Keep eyes open and question everything second opinion is good.

I am a pregnant woman who was looking to trade 2 of my current vehicles in to fit my new baby. They wouldn't give us even HALF for Kelly Blue Book value for EITHER of our vehicles and when we asked why they told us because Kelly Blue Book means nothing even though they have it posted on all of their vehicles! They then ended up making a deal with us for the current vehicle we were looking to purchase. The salesman told us he had it all worked out in paper but was going home for the night so we should come back and sign them tomorrow but in the mean time we could take our new vehicle home. Our friends and family got to see it and we were happier then ever with it. Then they called us the next day and told us to bring it back because they couldn't work out the deal they promised! They then tried to shove us into another vehicle that we didn't want and when we told them that we didn't want that vehicle they demanded we bring the original one back immediately or they would come pick it up (meanwhile our vehicles are parked at their dealership)! So they were going to have our vehicles at their dealership and take theirs back so we were stuck without ANY! I'm PREGNANT! Best believe I am calling someone about this! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN EVER!
If you are an Independent, Beware of Tom Boyles, Terry and this place.... read more If you are an Independent, Beware of Tom Boyles, Terry and this place. I took my truck to them for an oil leak. They misdiagnosed and fixed a "leaking" rear main seal and for $1600. It was still leaking when it left the bay. On a return visit to have it fixed right, they had my truck for 10 days and never even put it in the shop. I needed the truck so I took it to International in York and they fixed it quickly. I was the Flywheel housing seal. All needed taken apart again. They did a great job and diagnosed by cleaning the area looking for the leak. Truck shop did not do this. I have been disputing. The coward Boyles wont refund for misdiagnosis or return calls. The foreman Terry saw it leaking when their supposed repair was complete. Boyles said he would make it right. This shop only cares about large customers and has poor mechanics. Beware Beware Beware. Don't even let them adjust brakes. My mistake was paying them before I verified the repair.
