I took my car in with a fouled spark plug and they told me I needed a ... read more I took my car in with a fouled spark plug and they told me I needed a new head gasket and quoted me almost $2000 for the job. Since then I have had three other mechanics examine the car and none of them can find any problem with the head gasket it only needed the spark plug and wire replaced and there has been no furtherproblems with my car

If there is a wait for service, I think it's because they just can't say 'No' when they are already busy. I always leave my car for the day. ;)
