The guys I talked to were nice and got the car repaired within 24 hours. My only complaint was that I had to take the car back in the next day, because a small mixup meant that the brake light stayed on. They replaced one more part and I was on my way. I'm not a mechanic, so ultimately I don't know how to identify a good one, but this was a good customer service experience for me.

Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, patient and went out of their way for me. The work required for my car required a lot of investigation to discover the issue and could have cost thousands to fix, but Bill researched a more affordable resolution that got the job done and hopefully will prevent the issue from arising again! If you need anything done, be it a simple oil change or a huge, complex job Milex is the place to bring your vehicle. I will never go anywhere else and when someone needs a mechanic this is where I will send them. Thanks Bill & Kimmy, you guys are brilliant!
