They will make false promises about when you will get your bike back and overcharge you every step of the way. Not even Barb will call you back. I was almost killed because my bike wasn't road tested and leaked oil. I could go on all day...the worst.

I must say that even the sales people on the motorcycle floor are not pushy and I hate pushy sales people! They are very friendly and answer your questions when you are ready to talk. Paul, JR, and Matt are like family to me. I always get a warm welcome when I come up there whether to buy something or just to hang out. Upstairs in motor clothes, I am greeted by Tonda, or Grace or Jean, but usually Grace who is always congenial. She knows to let me just browse, and when she sees me stop to look at something twice, she is always ready to answer any questions or to show me new merchandise or sale items, but she is never pushy. That is why I like to shop with her as my sales person. It's relaxing and I never feel pressured by her. Thank you Hannum's. Donna
