The owner bought it out a few years ago after he ran his other business Transco transmissions in Hatboro. I brought my car to have my transmission rebuilt with out knowing it was not owned by Bill Holt anymore. They did not rebuild my transmission correctly and I had to bring my car back 5 times in the course of a year because the tranny kept slipping. Each time they claimed it was something new altogether and not covered by the warranty. I was with out my car for weeks after each visit. One time my car broke down in the mountains and I had to pay $500 to have it towed to their shop after they refused to pick it up. The owner (who works on the transmissions) is never their and never returns your call. You have to deal with manager who has no real decision authority. They have an F with BBB for obvious reasons. I have never been so unsatisfied as a customer and I wouldn't wish the same frustration on anyone
