He had my car for a week and when I got it back the cats were missing and he put PVC pipe in their place. The PVC pipe was all melted where the car was parked. Mr. Hoovler stole the cats off my car to sell them. Bad service.

Mr Tom Hoovler did the repair himself since he is the most experienced in this area of repair. He didn't properly align the front end which cause the car to bear to the left when the wheel was held straight, also the lug nut was missing. I told him about the problem and he was rude and told me to take it else where.
I recently took my vw bug to hoovler volkswagen repair to get a tune u... read more I recently took my vw bug to hoovler volkswagen repair to get a tune up and Mr Tom hoovler did a terrible job and quote called my bug "a piece of junk that should be in a scrapyard". i am very angry with this mechanic. i would request that all future owners of vehicles that take their cars to his shop to watch carefully of what he does. Also not to mention but he overcharged me horribly after this event was done. NEVER AGAIN
