I pulled ahead and stopped when the light turned red and told me to stop. It started rinsing the outside of my car and then the suds started appearing. The lights at the front said the rinse was about to start but it never did. The car wash must have ran out of water because the suds never left my vehicle. The light told me that I was DONE and to pull ahead. The only thing is was that all the soap was still on my car. I had to drive home with soap on my car and then once I got home, I had to rinse my car off and then hand dry it.

They ruined my mother new paint job by scraping off tar..and chris admitted to it, then the owner says they couldnt have done it and to go screw ourselves. I wouldnt take my car to them if they were the last people on earth.
