Since then I have had three other mechanics examine the car and none of them can find any problem with the head gasket it only needed the spark plug and wire replaced and there has been no furtherproblems with my car

He did not fix my car after having it over 3 weeks, I had to have it towed to another shop, and had to rent a car. As a woman, he is lucky my husband kept his cool. He never returned my calls, and when I could get over there, the place was closed. I never heard so many excuses, how busy he was, what he thought was wrong with it, what a bad experience. How can I select a star rating?

If there is a wait for service, I think it's because they just can't say 'No' when they are already busy. I always leave my car for the day. ;)
