WELL AFTER 2 MONTHS I HAD CALLED THE STORE IN FRANKLIN AND TALKED WITH THE SAME GUY WITH NO TEETH AND HE SAID THERE WAS NO RECORG OF ME BUYING THIS BOX AND I MUST BE MISTAKEN! SO TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER IT YOUR SELF FROM CRUTCHFEILD OR ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY AND NOT XTREME AUDIO. the service department at ideal is great i brought my 2003 chevy malib... read more the service department at ideal is great i brought my 2003 chevy malibu in to there service department the engine was knocking bad and they located an engine for the car in the same day called me at 530pm the following day to come pick my car up it is ready they did everythin for a great price and didnt over charge me for parts total cost for my repair was 1176.00 that was with a 62k used engine with a warranty for 1 year cant bet them over at ideal will take all my cars back to them for service. thanks nathen :)
