Instead of taking care of the cars as they came off of the line, they were arguing about who got to do my vehicle and the amount of money In the tip box. Another customer and I watched the whole process in amazement. The tip amounted to five dollars a person and we both felt like their behavior did not reflect well on the business. I have been going to this car wash for over 11 years and the main reason I keep going back is because of one employee, Lyndsey, he has been there a long time a knows what customer service really is. The other people that work there are clueless. They are to busy being obnoxious and self centered. Lots of talk, very little action. I will have to decide whether I will go back or change carwashes completely. Can't understand their thought process, if they did their job as hard as they argue, their tips would most likely increase.

How can someone pull your emergency brake so high as to snap the cable on a "very expensive automobile"? It's obvious you know nothing about automobiles and have some type of agenda against this place. Get a hobby or find something better to do with your time than make false accusations against innocent people.

I purchased the works and added services like tires and interior however the quality of service was terrible. Upon getting in my vehicle I saw the brake light was on, yet my manual break lever was down, the guy had pulled it up so high he broke the cable. I went to find him to ask what happened and asked the guy at the window where he was. He wanted to know what happened, so I told him. They started to yell at me stating they didn't touch it and started to blame me. I walked away in shock. Having been the CEO of several businesses and a small business owner, a retired military pilot and professor of business, I called the following day to talk to the owner and discuss the behavior of his employees and was once again treated with amazingly rude behavior. I was told by the guy he was the son and I would not be getting a call back was hung up on. I was also accompanied by a fellow MBA and he was in shock. So I recommend to everyone and will visit each site and write this story because business behavior such as this does not deserve anyone's money. I own a convertible XK8 Jaguar a very expensive automobile, I am still debating on a lawsuit when really an apology would have sufficed.
