Owner was very condescending, disrespectful, and downright rude! I dropped by bike off for an estimate early one afternoon. The lady at the counter said “It would be $10-$20 to look at it and I would hear something the next day." I stopped on the way home from work late the next day to check and spoke to the mechanic was out front. He said he was just finishing up and had to take it for a test ride. He said that he didn’t really see any issues and let it slip that he “cracked” a part when looking at and it was now leaking fuel. I explained that it wasn’t leaking before and asked him if he could order the part today (My auto was scheduled to go into the shop the next day for service) As we were talking, Jeff(The owner??)came up and pulled him away and off of my bike to change the tires of a customer that had just pulled up. I didn’t say anything & asked Jeff to make sure the part gets ordered, thanked him and left. I didn't hear from Cycle Service Center again the following day, so I stopped by late in the afternoon. As I arrived and walked up to the counter and Jeff said it wasn’t finished yet. I asked since I have a ride today, should stop back in a few hours? He said he would call. He called A few hours later telling me: “This isn’t going to work, “You need to pick up your bike!” You stopped by my shop earlier without calling and spoke to my Mechanic instead of waiting to speak to me (The Service Manager)” My reply: “Huh?” “What are you talking about? He started barking again so I replied: “You are way out of line and pretty f-ing rude” I was told that you were just looking at it and giving me a price on jetting my carb and It is now 2 ½ days later. “I didn’t say a damn thing about you pulling him off of my bike the previous day nor b---- about him breaking the part on my bike. I said, I can't afford now, I will come get it. He said I must trailer cause they were unhooked. He charged me for diagnostics. I trailer bike home and find tons of parts unbolted from my bike. I had to put the whole thing back together. I find the parts for hundreds less and install. The bike still runs like crap. I wouldn't ask this guy to screw in a lightbulb.
