I brought my Razor 900 in the 1st week of May 2020 to Moody's to get ... read more I brought my Razor 900 in the 1st week of May 2020 to Moody's to get warranty work done. After multiple conversations with Justin were I was told he was working on my RZR and at one point told me it would be ready to be picked up at the end of June, I stopped to see the progress and found it in a corner of the lot covered in pine neddles never touched! After confronting him about this he then told me he was waiting for part to come in. So I followed up with Polaris to see if parts were ordered because of the warranty and nothing was ever ordered. After I confronted him about all the several lies he told me about the progress of my RZR, he and Bruce both told me to come get my Razor. I picked up my RZR on July 10th. 2020. It was never touched! I have a scheduled apt. With another Polaris dealer. After being a customer for over 15 years and referring several people to go there...who also have had issues with their service dept. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!
