They lost my car keys, my car wasn't aligned despite being told it was, the nuts weren't tightened on my tires, the owner Sal or at least I think he said he was and his wife are rude and seemed to not be on good terms so the customer service is horrible. Worse experience ever!! Don't take your car there...I even saw the owner looking at a teen inappropriately! Shame on you Sal!

I called around and was told I should try to get a jump. No one was available and I was stuck. I called T.C. Tire & Auto and the mechanic came to my house jump started my car. He checked out my car and told me I needed a battery. The whole process from call to repair was an hour! The price was explained honestly and fair. I am more than happy and thankful.

Frank worked on my 2000 wagon this time. He did an excellent job. Car runs very nicely and was fluttering and blowing blue smoke when I brought it in! Dustin worked on my 1971 classic car and is also an excellent mechanic. I feel very fortunate to have Precision Engine nearby.
