We came to The Reading/Topton area of Eastern Pennsylvania to visit family in the nursing home in Topton. We needed to get a family car inspected, but only had Friday to do this (we live in Ohio, and needed to return on Sunday). During the inspection, it was discovered that the car had a bad shock absorber. We were in a bind, as the area dealership could not get the car in on Friday afternoon to fix the issue. I called Meiser's to see if they could get the shocks in, and install them on the car. They called to make sure they could get the parts, and were able to get the car in to install them on Friday afternoon. One of the employees even loaned us a car so we could visit with family at the nursing home while our car was being worked on. This was MORE than over and above the call of duty, and gave us additional time with family that we would have missed out on but for her kindness. We would recommend Meiser's to anyone looking for quality auto work, and excellent customer service!
Absolute horrible service! Overpriced and they do not stand behind th... read more Absolute horrible service! Overpriced and they do not stand behind their work. Patched problem, lasted two days. Went back in and they were going to charge us to fix their own work. Not to mention, they gave us a quote to fix the problem and didn't even include the labor. This store should be shut down!
