(I fixed it myself!) They Had the Carb on my ATV Adjusted Incorrectly Causing High Idle and Had to Come Back and Fix. Slow Service (Called for Appointment on April 27th, Soonest Appointment was May 26th, Returned Partially Fixed Machines to me on June 23rd, Finished Repairs on July 20th.) Full Story: I purchased a 2020 Kawasaki Mule Pro MX LE here in June 2020. Their price was great and the purchase process went fairly well. Only problems I had was one of the nuts on the roof wasnt tight and came off and the high beam headlights quit working due to the wire not being tight on the switch and coming off. They did come out to my house and replace the nut on the roof and I had them fix the highbeams switch at my appointment a year later. At this point I was happy with them so I called on April 27th to schedule an appointment to service my Polaris Magnum ATV and my 1st service for my Kawasaki Mule SXS. I told them to check the ATV for oil leak, fuel leak, oil change, and check brakes. The Mule needed its 1st oil change and a new spark plug due to it not starting and new rear lights and switch installed. I needed them picked up and brought back because I have a bad back and can’t load and unload the machines. They said couldn’t pickup until a month later, May 26th. This didn’t really bother me because I know businesses are really busy with Covid. May 26th they sent 2 guys out to pickup the machines. They loaded the Mule on the trailer first. Then they attempted to load the ATV and gunned the throttle and rammed it into the back of the Mule! I couldn’t believe it! I called and told Ken what happened and that I wanted the machines checked for damage. He said he would call right back as soon as he checks out the machines. He never called me back! Later that day I emailed him my security video of the accident. Still nothing back from him. I called him 2 days later to see what was up and he said he saw my video and he checked the machines and they just had a little scuff. I called back a week later, on June 4th, since I haven’t heard nothing from them. They said Mule needed spark plug and ATV needed Oil hoses and Carb parts, and they were waiting on parts. I called back June 10th, and Ken told me they got the oil hoses and carb parts but now discovered the ATV is leaking fuel from the fuel shutoff valve. So they ordered the part and should be done next week. I called next week, June 15th and Dominick told me they got all the parts now and they just need installed. I called June 17th and Ken told me both machines are done and he doesn’t know why they didn’t get them back to me today. So I called back on June 18th and Eric told me he can’t bring the machines back because his delivery guy is off taking care of his wife who had a hip replacement. Eric called me back later that day and told me now he realized they didn’t actually get the fuel shutoff valve installed on the ATV yet and he would try to get it done and back to me next Monday June 21st. I didn’t hear nothing from them so I called on June 23rd and he said he will get the machines back today. They brought the machines back. I rode the ATV around and it was idling to high. The oil leak, fuel leak, and brakes were fixed. The mule was running good however they didn’t have the switch wired properly for the rear lights. The switch was not lighting up unless the lights were in the on position. The bottom of the switch was supposed to light up when it was off and the whole switch light up when on. Also they washed the machines which was nice but they pressure washed some of the decals off the bed of the mule! These stickers cost over $100 to replace and I told them what they did and they basically ignored me and did not offer to replace them. Now I have a practically brand new machine that looks like crap because the stickers are all tore up. They finally came back on July 20th and tried to fix the light switch on the mule and could only get the top of the switch to light up which was opposite of how it’s supposed to be. They also picked up the ATV, readjusted the carb and brought it back that day. It’s idling good now. After they left I figured out they had 2 wires reversed on the Mules light switch so I swapped them and now it is working properly. I am disappointed to say I will definitely will not be going back to this place because I really liked them when I purchased my Mule. I do not recommend going here, especially for service.
