Had this problem at 3 other local shops and was out over 1400 dollars ... read more Had this problem at 3 other local shops and was out over 1400 dollars only to be let down with no repair. I was very disgruntled until a co worker mentioned this shop. Made the appointment and dropped it off thinking this will be another upset until I got the call... THE SAME MORNING!!!! They found 2 wires shorting together when I hit certain bumps and repair was 110 bucks out the door. Customer for life!! Thanks guys!! Kerri
I took my jeep in to have the engine replaced about 3 weeks ago, they ... read more I took my jeep in to have the engine replaced about 3 weeks ago, they still haven't finished the work. I was told that their "engine guy" was unreliable and shows up when he feels like it. I called today and they told me the same thing they told me last week, it's going to be 2 or 3 more days. They haven't done anything yet but take the old motor out. I'm not a mechanic and I don't know much about cars, but 3 weeks seems a little excessive to take out a motor. I'm stuck with no car and there's nothing I can do! I'm very frustrated with this whole situation. PLEASE DO NOT give these people your business, maybe if people quit going there they'll think about maybe getting a new "motor guy" that actually wants to work.
