Wow, what an scary experience today.  Took our Subaru in for it's scheduled maintenance and oil change at Capitol Subaru.  After it's service and carwash, my husband drove away and heard and felt something wasn't right.  He stopped less than 30 feet from where it was parked, and found the service technican forgot to secure the lugnuts on the tire, which could have really caused a bad accident.  They claim they are moving to a state of the art facility soon.  This could have caused a really bad accident for my husband and an innocent bystander.  I can't give a good review as this is totally inexcusable and a a pure lack of competency.

This wouldn't post until I picked a rating so I picked a 1, however, I would have put a negative 4 if given the option.
