I told ken that it need the timing done because I took the distributor out and changed the spark plugs. He called my Monday and told me it need a new starter about $310 for parts and labor told him go head called back Tuesday was told can't find out what is wrong with it running vary rough told him again its the timing and the plugs. Every day after that I would call to see how it's going. Finely Friday I went there and got my boat and was told it's about $600 and the boat don't run. Took it home got on line and looked at what other boaters with the same issue. Got the motor to top dead center turned on adjusted the timing and my boat runs great and took me about 45 minutes. So I paid about $300 for diagnostic and they had my boat for about a week and it took me about 45 minutes to fix. If you are thinking about taking you boat there you should look at the reviews on Google because I thing these reviews on hear are done by cascade. Good Luke and have a safe and fun boating

Took boat in for minor repair, gave me list of repairs that brought bill up from $400 to $2400. Told they could have done in three days (before my vacation). Took an extra week into my vacation, got on a Friday. Could have waited for repairs had I known. Lame excuses such as "we decided to order higher quality parts and they took longer, we got busy etc.". Finally got boat, took on ocean fishing trip and barely made it back due to water in bilge. Biggest issue was they had stepped on bilge wiring and broken them disabling pump. Had no tools so it cost me a day of fishing because I had to return to Portland, plus I lost a night deposit at KOA ($60). Got home and noticed one of the two props had not been tightened properly, could have spun off if I had used reverse. Thank god I did not lose a prop or fail to make it back in off of ocean because of pump failure. DO NOT USE! QUICK TO GET YOU TO AGREE TO MORE WORK, SLOW TO DO WORK, SHODDY WORK WHEN DONE!
