Great experience overall: staff is friendly and helpful (they offered us a ride to place we could eat at while waiting), quality of repair, timing (we were super lucky they had part for our car in the shop), and in fact we had liked Salem as one of the stops now while traveling up and down I-5 because of that experience. The shop is very clean and well organized, and wait area is set up with families in mind. Totally would recommend it!
