I took my boat to McNeice marine to have a new shifter installed, I wa... read more I took my boat to McNeice marine to have a new shifter installed, I was told I would have it back the same week, when I call to check on the boat, he (Ian) claimed to have ordered the wrong part and would it would be ready within a few days. Give him a few more days and I am now informed that starter wont work, never of which I had any problems with before hand, so it will be another week. Each time I call every few days I get the same story that it will be done this afternoon, call back the next day it is not fixed will have it ready for you tmorrow afternoon, even make a trip over there trusting him that it will be ready only to have driven over 30 miles to find out that is infact not ready. Finally after 5 weeks of them having my boat I just go get it and pay in full, he claims it works, I took it to the lake only for it not to! I call him (ian) back and tell him it is not working and he proceeds to tell me what I need to do in order for it to work, so now after waiting five weeks and paying hundreds of dollars I am to work on my own boat of to which I payed him to fix. I do what he tells me to, it runs, for a few hours and then what do you know I am stranded on the lake. I don't know what he did but he made it worse than when I returned it to him, leaving wires hanging out no less, anyways I will never bring anything back to this place again, I have no idea how they have a business if they continue to run it this way.
