I am glad I found this site after I received services from APS Automotive instead of prior. I have gone back and asked the owner about these reviews and heard their side of the story. I was like well there are 3 sides to every story. However I was then shown the CCTV footage of these person's visits and realized that there is really only one side of this story and that is APS's side of the story. Ryan Mitchell received what he paid for and they just didn't want to do any work for him again and refused his business. The guy claiming to have walked in and was ignored walked in an hour after they closed and the door just happened to have been left unlocked by a cleaning service. The employees were in a meeting in a room behind the counter area.

I never knew a vehicle could be tuned to meet specific needs and performance and miles per gallon were directly rated. Bo explained it and tuned my truck to perfection. I highly recommend APS to everyone.

I walked in and there were 3 guys behind the counter. none of them welcomed me or even acknowledged that I had walked in. I walked to the counter and stood for over 15 mins while the 3 had a conversation. Still no response or if they could help me. After waiting almost 20 mins, I decided to leave thinking that if I walked toward the door surely one of them would have asked if they could help me, they SAID NOTHING....My dad ran a shop for almost 55 years, he always said the customer came first..It seems these guys already have enough customers and don't care about new ones....Oh yea, I was ready to spend up to 10K on performance upgrades..I'll take my money somewhere else...this might be a mistake but my phone number is 405-675-0079 if you want to hear it from me instead of this post.
