After struggling for months to find answers for our 2000 Grand Voyager... read more After struggling for months to find answers for our 2000 Grand Voyager (suddenly, it seemed, the right rear tail light signal lamp and brake lamp would no longer work) -- and being run around the bush, insulted (by the salvage guys who wanna make sure you know "they know more than you and the way you're doing it is stupid") and stonewalled by many others -- I followed my wife's advice and went to see the folks at Best Price. Talk about a breath of fresh air! Jose there knew immediately what the problem was, and had the solution. He allowed us to test his theory by plugging the salvage part he had available into our van. Worked right away. We also bought another taillight for our daughter's Taurus (damaged in a parking lot fender-bender). This is all pretty academic. After all -- this is what salvage yard guys are SUPPOSED to do. Right? But with Jose -- it's a lot more than that. He "gets it." He obviously knows his business -- but there's a clear joy that he gets through helping his customers that lights the whole place up. About the only thing I could compare it to is "music." He and his outfit raise the bar so far as to re-define it. They didn't just help us with parts. They made our day.

So glad i called, they got me a engine in 3 days for 600 dollars less then everyone in town, and it only had 55k miles. I honestly at first didn't believe they could be so much cheaper then everyone, but 3 days later they delivered it to my mechanic. It ran great, and my mechanic was shocked how cheap it was. On top of that I got a brand new headlight for my car for 58 dollars.. Man, i am glad i found this place.. also the guys that work there are all really nice, and don't blow you off little some of the other yards did to me.. you people should really call this..

I was referred to Best Price and spoke with one of their representatives. He took my information and number and stated he would call me back. I received a call back within 1 hour and he had found my rear window. I was impressed with how quickly it was located and the follow-up was excellent. I also provided feedback to the auto glass repair shop that receommended them. If you are in need of some "hard to find" parts - I recommend giving Best Price a chance to help you.
