Before finding them we have all had several bad experiences elsewhere. They are very helpful and honest. They are the only one that I trust my elderly fathers car with. We will NEVER go anywhere else.

Told me he did not need me to tell him what was wrong with my car because he could diagnose the same as a doctor diagnoses his patient. Well I don't know about you but if I go in to see my doctor he asked me why I am there. Brakes were making a grinding noise when applied, not loud but wanted it fixed. Also the lever for the emergency brake would not budge. When I picked up the car he told me that due to cold weather the brake pans had some rust and he polished them. As for the emergency brake he said "I fixed it so that the lever goes up and down." That is all he did, you can drive my car with the emergency brake lever completely engaged. Don't waste your time or money with Auto Remedy. Find someone else.
