They gouged up the dash, left several nicks on the dash and left dirty finger marks on the side pillars. The replacement took place on 12/09/2011 the company was called many times as well as emails. But all we got were false promises and we will call you back. They never offered a solution or a phone call. After talking to them on 12/05/12 they tell me they are a new franchise. They do not have any info on the past claim, but they will check into and call us back. We will see. S. Roof Mansfield Ohio
