Had to bring my car back multiple times to be fixed and was overcharge... read more Had to bring my car back multiple times to be fixed and was overcharged $400. First,E had new brakes put on, but had to return 3 straight times bc they were screeching so bad. Then needed a new back wheel bearing but was overcharged. Picked up the car and the abs traction light was on. Was told to drive it 20 miles and it would go off. It didn't so I had to bring it back again. Tech plugged it into the computer and tried telling me it was a stored code and the light was on BEFORE I brought it in which it wasn't. Had to come back again. They had ordered a part for a car with park assist which I didn't have, so they had to reorder the right part. I was not refunded the difference between parts ($20-$30) The workers blamed each other. The manager Bryan was the only bright spot. He inherited the mess but did his best to fix the situation. I played phone tag with the customer service dept. We exchanged voicemail's, but I emailed them several times fully detailing all the problems. They never acknowledged any of them. Taking my car into another Monroe for an oil change, will never go to this one again!!
