I took my car in for a power steering and a oil pan repair. They state... read more I took my car in for a power steering and a oil pan repair. They stated that the repairs were completed but neither were. They actually damaged my oil housing. I called cooperate who set up a claim and sent out an inspector to see what the issue was. After the inspector stated they damaged my car and should pay to have it repaired. They then never contacted me and when I called I was told that I need to file a claim with the bbb/state because they are not going to repair what they damaged. They damaged my car and then say too bad get it fixed oh and pay for our mistake
